Our sewing rooms use a manual sewing machine system in which the garments are transported from one workstation to the next tied together with the corresponding documents in packets in plastic baskets in order to avoid mixing them with garments of other packets.

Sewing is an important department in the garments manufacturing industry.
Our process provides the sewing room with the individual groups of machines/operators per style/color
which are defined by the production program.
The sewing lines do receive cut pieces of each style/color/size in packs with a max number of 30 units accompanied with the necessary components, technical specifications and one approved sample, stamped and signed by the customer.
During the sewing process, after predefined key operations, an In-Line quality control is carried out in order to spot non conformed to the technical specifications garments.
At the end of the sewing process the garments inspected one by one by quality controllers in order to proceed to labelling, finishing and packing
