Our C.A.M system
is located in Korce plant
and it is fully equiped with an automatic cutting system.
Cutting is one of the major processes in garments manufacturing. Here garments parts are cut according to the pattern.
Our cutting room cosnsists of :
– 1 computer aided cutter Kuris
– 4 band knives and 4 waterfall knifes
– 2 cutting tables 18 mtr long each one for fabrics
– 1
cutting table 10 m long, for linings and other materials.
Depending on the composition of the fabrics there is a process that determines the duration of their relaxation
the existing software and database, allows the ability of tracing batches of fabrics in case of problems in ready-made garments
